Hello, My name is Tony and I have been traveling ever since I can remember. Very blessed to have had parents in the airline industry. My parents always tried to emphasize the importance of traveling to me. That everywhere you went you would learn about a new way of life, a new way of thinking, and most importantly you would grow exponentially…unfortunately I was too young to get this message at the time. I spent most of my travels in elementary school trying to convince my parents to go to McDonalds (never was successful) and how cool Pokemon was. I did grow up and mature (many people would argue with this though) and really learned to appreciate traveling. I went on a few more trips in high school to Japan, China, Mexico, and the United Kingdom, but I think my thirst for traveling was exacerbated when I studied abroad in Tokyo. It was my junior year of college, flying from San Diego State to the other side of the world to live for a year. This was one of the most exciting times of my life, being thrown into the world’s largest city. During this year, I was able to travel all over Japan and all over the rest of Asia. The more I traveled, the more I thought my thirst would be quenched, but it only grew, and it continues to grow.

After constantly searching, “Paris in 4 days,” “Denver in 2 days,” “Two weeks in Argentina,” I never came across a website with a robust list of unique user curated travel itineraries. Some sites featured itineraries from so-called “travel experts” but many times these itineraries were so bland, generic, and impersonal. I wanted to hear from diverse groups of people who could share their unique and extremely personalized journeys that take you steps beyond the well-walked path. On a flight to San Diego, I remember throwing together a few ideas, then here and there I would sketch out some designs, features, and what I imagined the customer experience to be. A few months later, a few more trips traveled, many late nights and early mornings, while working my full time job this site was born. I hope you enjoy sharing and reading about each other’s experiences, and most importantly I hope this site inspires and encourages you to explore the world, your own backyard, and yourself.

Thank you for your support and I hope we get the chance to cross paths on our travels!

Warm Regards,

Tony Cinotto
